1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reunify Studios ("we," "us," "our," or "Reunify Studios"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Store"). By accessing or purchasing from our Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from our Store. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Print-on-Demand Manufacturing

Reunify Studios offers apparel and related merchandise produced through a print-on-demand model. This means:

Products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Nothing is pre-made or held in inventory.
Product images shown on the Store are representative. Actual colors, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly due to monitor settings, manufacturing tolerances, and the nature of print-on-demand production.
Sizing charts are provided for each product and are the best available guidance from our manufacturing partners. We recommend reviewing them carefully before ordering.

4. Personalized and Custom Products

Many items in our Store are personalized or customized based on information you provide, including but not limited to breed selection, names, text, uploaded images, or design choices ("Personalized Products").

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, text, spelling, or images submitted for personalization. We do not proofread or verify customer-submitted content beyond a basic check for prohibited material (see Section 8). Once an order enters production, changes cannot be made.

4.2 Order Changes and Cancellations

Because personalized items begin production shortly after purchase, you have a limited window to request changes or cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production, and we are not able to guarantee a specific window; production start times vary by item.

4.3 Returns and Refunds on Personalized Products

Personalized Products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selected by the customer, or dissatisfaction with a personalization choice the customer approved at checkout.

We will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion, if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
The item was misprinted, meaning the delivered product does not match the personalization details or design you submitted and approved.
The wrong item or size was shipped due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.

4.4 Non-Personalized Products

Standard, non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Order Issues and Defects

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email address below with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue through a reprint, replacement, or refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on the product, production queue, and destination. Estimated production and shipping times are provided at checkout and on individual product pages but are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure; we do not store your full payment card details.

8. Prohibited Content in Personalization

When submitting text, images, or design requests for personalization, you agree not to submit content that:

Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
Depicts violence, harassment, or content intended to harm or harass a specific individual.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing prohibited content, with a refund issued for the canceled order.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on the Store that are not customer-submitted remain the property of Reunify Studios and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. By submitting content for personalization, you represent that you own or have the right to use that content, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reunify Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
